AccOps Finishes 2020 on A High, Wins Four Prestigious Awards
AccOps has won four big awards this season in an exceptional feat, underlining years of hard work that has gone into creating a comprehensive end-to-end solution to enable secure work from anywhere for enterprises and seamless remote access for end-users.
The awards are:
NASSCOM Emerge 50 Awards 2020 – Enterprise Cateogory
ETBFSI Excellence Awards 2020 – Best IT Security Service Provider of the Year
CRN Excellence Awards 2020 – Enterprise Mobility Category
CII Customer Obsession Awards 2020 – Recognized for Active Customer Engagement
NASSCOM recognized AccOps as one of the four winners under the Enterprise category, in the prestigious ‘NASSCOM Emerge 50 Awards, 2020’. AccOps bagged the honour for its Digital Workspace product that helped over a hundred enterprises across the globe implement work from home and ensure business continuity during the pandemic-inflicted lockdown.
ETBFSI honoured AccOps with the ‘Best IT Security Service Provider of the Year’ award in ETBFSI Excellence Awards 2020, for enabling a number of leading BFSI customers to implement secure remote work, ensure business continuity, accelerate growth during the pandemic, through its flagship product – Accops Digital Workspace.
CRN, on the other hand, conferred AccOps with ‘CRN Excellence Award 2020’ under Enterprise Mobility Category for having utilized a wide variety of secure remote access technologies to create distinct business benefits for its customers over the course of the evaluation period.
Customer satisfaction is the ultimate yardstick for whatever we do at AccOps. The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) recognized Accops for its continual efforts to improve its customer support and engagement processes. The recognition was preceded by a comprehensive assessment in accordance with the CII IQ Excellence Framework for Managing Customer Experience, as a part of ‘CII Awards for Customer Obsession 2020’. CII also provided an actionable feedback to help AccOps further improve its customer centric processes and activities.
